How do I place an order?
» Feel free to browse our online catalogue and take note of the item codes of the products you are interested in. If done, click and fill up our inquiry form and we will reply within 1 business day. It is important that you give us your name, company and where you want the items to be shipped so that we could send you definite answers to your questions. Option may also download our digital catalogue for the convenience of offline viewing. Do send us a request for downloading the catalogue by filling in the Inquiry form.
Can I request a print catalogue of your items?
» We do not send a print catalogue. For your convenience, we have placed most of our designs online and constantly updating it in order to keep site content fresh. Due to numerous requests, we have made available our digital catalogue for downloading and convenience of offline viewing. Do send us a request for downloading the catalogue by filling in the Inquiry form.
Can I order samples?
» Yes. In order to weed out serious and non-serious buyers, we have categorized our rule on sampling requests. For first time clients, order must meet minimum order requirement. We can provide a limited no. of free samples depending on availability of item. Client must have a courier account. We do not shoulder shipping cost.
For existing clients, we can facilitate free samples for items that are in stock, as long the client shoulders the freight cost. Inclusion of new items for free sampling is normally practiced.
How about information on prices?
» We do not post wholesale and retail prices due to the fact that cost price vary according to season. Send us an email with the list of items you are interested in and we will confirm the prices. Cost may go higher or lower. 5% discount is given to volume orders.
What is the minumum order required?
» To avail of wholesale rates , refer below on minimum order:
For COMPONENT STRANDS: Minimum order worth US$500 , 30 dozen per item. ( FOB )
For JEWELRIES : Minimum order worth US$500 , 100 pcs. per design ( FOB )
For NOVELTIES- PILBOXES, HAIRCLIPS & ETC. : Minimum order worth US$500 , 50 pcs. per design ( FOB )
»»» it is in the best interest of the client that a minimum order is required due to freight cost. The higher the weight, the cheaper the cost of shipment.
When is the estimated date of delivery for minimum orders?
» Production time for minimum order is normally 10 to 20 working days, depending on type and the number of items ordered. For component strands, production time is 10 working days or less if the number of items is minimal.
When is the order processed?
» Order processing starts when payment is cleared by the bank which normally takes 2 to 3 working days. We will then notify you via email that payment is cleared and production is underway.
How do I pay?
» For Wholesale orders, payment is via Bank or Bank or Telegraphic Transfer. We will send you a proforma invoice wih all the ordered items listed and our bank details via email or fax if requested.
You will then now email or fax us back the proforma invoice with TT application for confirmation of your order. For sample and minimum order, 100% of the amount must be paid upon placement of order. For orders amounting to US$2,000 - 50% downpayment is required upon placement of order, balance payable 10 days before shipment in order to avoid delays in shipment.
Option for wholesale orders re: online payment is available if requested but it is up to our discretion should we facilitate such requests. It would depend on the total amount involved.
What are the options for shipment?
» Client may nominate a forwarder or carrier of their choice or we can recommend a shipper. Charging of shipping costs is based on location, approximate weight of ordered items,packing and box weight. Your Order can be shipped using a courier of your choice, or by post office. We offer you prepaid freight charges that are relatively cheaper compared to collect rates due to the discounts couriers give to us and for which we in turn give to our buyers.
For samples and small shipments up to 40 kilos, we suggest couriers like Fedex, UPS or DHL which deliver door to door. The items you have selected are mostly coco, therefore lightweight.
For bigger shipments, we use freight forwarders like Geologistics, Emery, etc. These freight forwarders offer very good rates for big shipments. Your own broker will be the one to clear and release the goods for you.
What is your STANDARD packing for items?
» For necklaces, 1 dozen per polybag. Packing would vary depending on item in order to maximize space when shipping.
